 Bill Woodward is Founder and President of Cincinnati Construction Management, Inc.  This firm specializes in construction management, with a particular emphasis on total client satisfaction. Mr. Woodward has over 50 years of experience in the development and construction of office, retail, and industrial projects.  In addition to his work with CCM, Mr. Woodward has served as Vice President of Construction for Duke Realty and General Manager of the Cincinnati office of Fru-Con Construction Corporation, one of the Top 100 Contractors in the United States.  Significant projects completed include the development and construction of Centennial Plaza, a 400,000 sq. ft. office complex in downtown Cincinnati, Wards Corner Business Center, an 800,000 sq. ft. office park in suburban Cincinnati, and Pictoria Tower I, a 250,000 sq. ft. Class A office building and 1,000-car parking structure in Springdale, Ohio.  All totaled, Mr. Woodward has developed and constructed in excess of $500,000,000 in real estate properties throughout the Midwest.  He is an Ohio-licensed professional engineer and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University and a Master's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Missouri. 

Ryan Woodward is the Vice President for Cincinnati Construction Management, Inc.  CCM specializes in construction management, with a particular emphasis on tenant build-outs.  Mr. Woodward has nearly 30 years of experience in the construction of office, retail, school, industrial, and SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities) spaces.  In addition to his work with CCM, Mr. Woodward has worked as a field engineer for Fru-Con Construction Corporation.  Significant projects completed include major additions and laboratory work for Givaudan, a 100,000+ SF relocation of the First Financial Bank Operations Center, Pictoria Tower (8-story shell and 7-story garage), and several SCIF builds.  Many of the projects Mr. Woodward has completed have been for Fortune 500 companies, including Kellogg, Liberty Mutual, Northrop Grumman, Western & Southern Financial, Hershey, Marsh McLennan, and Nestlé.
